I, Payment :

Payment can be done two ways: by charging creditcard or by transfer from your Bank to the Bank account of Adong gallery in Hanoi , Vietnam

1. By mail :
The art works will be packed and send from Hanoi to destinations anywhere in the world by Express or Fedex. Paintings on canvas or paper will normally be removed from the frame, rolled carefully and covered with soft paper before they are placed inside the strong protective tube. In case the painting is still wet, it will be kept flat in the stretchers, packed with a wood board (keep distance to the surface of a painting) and covered with a carton. Then it will be placed inside a wood box.

For lacquer paintings, they will be wrapped with paper and a thick layer of bubble – plastic before covered with cardboard and put in the wood box.

In case that you buy more than 3 paintings with the frame, lacquers, it is advisable to send them by sea.You can send 5 to 6 paintings<90cm x90cm> together with the frame.

For example, it costs $160 to send one cubic metre to the nearest port in USA , England , France, Austrialia, Europe (over 1 month). And it costs $50 to send one cubic metre to the nearest port in Hongkong , Singapore .etc ( about 1 week )

III, Insurance:

All art works will be insured. Insurance costs for transportation by Express or Fedex in 2% of value of art works. In case of damage or loss, the amount paid to A Dong gallery will be reimbursed to you .
